Building Maintenance Contractors
Welcome to our latest projects page. To follow is a small selection of recent works.
We have been awarded the Reactive Maintenance Contract for Hampshire County Council to undertake all types of building maintenance works on Schools, Colleges, Libraries, Childrens Homes and resedential homes across Hampshire and to provide a 24hr emergency call out service for the next four years.
This contract was tendered on a best value and experience basis and Tew Brothers Ltd successfully competed against National Contractors. This contract covers all manner of works from replacing door handles and broken windows to repairing roofs and underground drainage.
Our operatives are fully trained to work on local authority buildings and deal with the health and safety issues that arise from working on occupied premises such as these.
